Necessary documets for Cremation
- Death certificate;
- Permission for cremation;
- Declaration by model, that you can download here and the signature by which the parties agree to accept these General Terms;
- Permission for the carriage of the cremated mortal remains stored in the urn outside the borders of the Republic of Bulgaria (only upon explicit agreement with the Crematorium Plovdiv for the provision of this type of service);
- Family documents for the deceased;
- Other documents establishing the relationship between the deceased and his relatives, with which the latter are entitled to receive the funeral urn with his dust.
